but it's the way
you inspire me not to resist.
Did my dreams awaken in you?
Do you see how silly it is to say
memories are finished
and only lived through?
How many limitations did we waste putting in place?
When we could've been out
loving, living, laughing through the days?
Only two minds like ours could write the world in such a way;
we can paint someone else's thoughts like we were thinking the same.
Learning you can only cross lines you let your heart draw in the first place.
